THIS AGREEMENT SETS FORTH THE LEGALLY BINDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR YOUR USE OF THE @FazeSwitcherBot AND ALL RELATED SERVICES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY FEATURES, CONTENT, WEBSITES OR APPLICATIONS OFFERED FROM TIME TO TIME BY @FazeSwitcherBot IN CONNECTION THEREWITH (COLLECTIVELY “SERVICE(S)”). BY USING THE SERVICES IN ANY MANNER, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.

This acceptable use policy covers the products, services, and technologies (collectively referred to as the "Products") provided by @FazeSwitcherBot. under any ongoing agreement. It’s designed to protect us, our users and the general Internet community from unethical, irresponsible and illegal activity. @FazeSwitcherBot users found engaging in activities prohibited by this acceptable use policy can be liable for service suspension and account termination. In extreme cases, we may be legally obliged to report such users to the relevant authorities.

Fair use

We provide our facilities with the assumption your use will be "business as usual", as per our offer schedule. If your use is considered to be excessive, then additional fees may be charged or capacity may be restricted. We are opposed to all forms of abuse, discrimination, rights infringement and/or any action that harms or disadvantages any group, individual or resource. We expect our users and, where applicable, their users ("end-users") to likewise engage our Products with similar intent.

@FazeSwitcherBot should not be used for:

• In any way that violates any applicable national, federal, state, local or international law or regulation;
• For the purpose of exploiting, harming or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way;
• To generate or disseminate verifiably false information and/or content with the purpose of harming others;
• To generate or disseminate personal identifiable information that can be used to harm an individual;
• To defame, disparage or otherwise harass others;
• For any use intended to or which has the effect of discriminating against or harming individuals or groups based on online or offline social behavior or known or predicted personal or personality characteristics;
• To exploit any of the vulnerabilities of a specific group of persons based on their age, social, physical or mental characteristics, in order to materially distort the behavior of a person pertaining to that group in a manner that causes or is likely to cause that person or another person physical or psychological harm;
• For any use intended to or which has the effect of discriminating against individuals or groups based on legally protected characteristics or categories;
• Copyrighted or trademarked material should be avoided.

We will monitor usage and repot any and all illegal activities to the relevant authorities.

Users accountability

We regard our users as being responsible for their own actions as well as for the actions of anyone using our Products with the user’s permission. This responsibility also applies to anyone using our Products on an unauthorized basis as a result of the user’s failure to put in place reasonable security measures. By accepting Products from us, our users agree to ensure adherence to this policy on behalf of anyone using the Products as their end users. Complaints regarding the actions of users or their end-users will be forwarded to the nominated contact for the account in question. If a user — or their end-user or anyone using our Products as a result of the user — violates our acceptable use policy, we reserve the right to terminate any Products associated with the offending account or the account itself or take any remedial or preventative action we deem appropriate without notice. To the extent permitted by law, no credit will be available for interruptions of service resulting from any violation of our acceptable use policy.
